PMMA Temporaries – The Strength of Shatter-Proof Glass!

PMMA, or Polymethyl methacrylate, is a see-through plastic polymer used as an alternative to glass because of its shatter-resistant properties. This versatile material has been used in applications such as lenses for glasses. It can be made into shatter-resistant windows, skylights or bullet-proof barriers.

PMMA is now being used in dental restorations as the temporary material of choice, due to its high translucency and excellent biocompatibility properties. It is available in 16 Classic Vita shades. Stronger than regular acrylic or composite material, it can be digitally milled, which makes it a more economical choice.

Is it any wonder we chose this material to produce our best milled dental temporaries?  Emerald Dental Works only offers you the best digital dental solutions.

Our pride is working with you, but our products speak for themselves.
