About the Speaker:
As a GDC registered dental technician with over three decades of experience, I'm passionate about the life-changing impact our dental team provides to patients every day. It's not just a job for me; it's a calling that I've dedicated my career to perfecting.
Throughout my journey, I've had the privilege of collaborating with some of the UK's most skilled dental teams and highly regarded surgeons. Together, we've tackled complex challenges in restorative dentistry, with a particular focus on implants and the exciting world of digital and CAD/CAM workflows. It's been incredible to witness and participate in the evolution of our field!
My enthusiasm for dental technology has always been intertwined with my love for cutting-edge innovations. This perfect blend of passions led me to a thrilling milestone in 2015 when I opened Nexus Dental, a fully digital dental laboratory. Running this state-of-the-art facility with my talented team has been an exhilarating adventure, filled with endless opportunities and stimulating challenges that keep me on my toes.
When I'm not in the lab crafting perfect smiles, you'll likely find me immersed in the vibrant dental community. I'm either soaking up knowledge from my esteemed peers or proudly representing one of the many dental organisations I'm honoured to contribute to. It's a dynamic field that never stops evolving, and I'm committed to staying at the forefront of these exciting developments.
In essence, dentistry isn't just my profession—it's my passion, my challenge, and my ongoing adventure. I'm thrilled to continue pushing boundaries and restoring beautiful, healthy smiles that change lives with our clinical partners, one patient at a time.
