NEXT BUSINESS DAY TURNAROUND ON DIGITAL FILES:

If you have a scanner, send us a digital file to lab@emeralddental.com and we will mill and sinter the coping. If received by 11:00 a.m. your case will be out next business day. We service labs across Canada.

We accept files in any ULDC or STL format. We also accept files from:

– Lava^TM

NO SCANNER? NO PROBLEM! Price is what you pay but value is what you get! At Emerald Dental, we are your handpiece. We receive your model, scan design, mill the coping or crown and finish the margins before we send your case back to you. When comparing a coping from Emerald Dental Works to a coping from another out-sourcing lab you can see the difference!
