Our COVID-19 emergency preparedness and support commitment

As all of our thoughts are on the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to share an update on how Emerald Dental Works is responding. The safety and health of our community, including our customers and dedicated employees, is always of the utmost importance to us.

A recent message from the RCDSO “recommends that all non-essential and elective dental services should be suspended immediately. Emergency treatment should continue.”

In light of this recommendation, we have suspended meetings, travel and visits to our premises. Our clients may send us emergency cases, and we will ensure the highest level of quality, service and attention to detail in fabricating the patient’s prosthesis. We will also service your equipment and supply needs on a timely basis.

Thank you for your continued support and confidence in our team at Emerald Dental Works Inc.

We will weather the storm that is COVID-19 together.

DENTAL MILLING

We are a premier dental milling centre dedicated to working closely with our customers to provide a precise and high-quality result each and every time.

At Emerald Dental Works, we are a premier dental milling centre dedicated to working closely with our customers to provide a precise and high-quality result each and every time. We craft Zirconia crowns, bridges, and copings. We use Zirconia, as opposed to traditional materials used for dental replacements, because of the many benefits associated with this material, such as:

  • Strength—Zirconia crowns often last much longer than other types of crowns.
  • Aesthetics—crowns made out of this material have an attractive, translucent colour that blends in unnoticeably with other teeth near the crown or coping.
  • The ability to retain more of the existing tooth—because minimal preparation is required, more of a patient’s tooth can be preserved if the need for a crown presents itself.

Additionally, this material is bio-compatible. When you send us a digital file, we mill the new coping out of a Zirconia block and then complete the rest of the dental milling procedure by hand. This allows us to create crowns, bridges, and copings with precision, quality, and excellence. Up to this point, we have successfully designed and fabricated over 60,000 unique crowns for dental labs located throughout all of Canada.
