Elos Accurate Hybrid Bases (Ti-bases) were designed from scratch taking human biology and material characteristics into account. Rather than having sharp angles or compromising the thickness of the zirconia crown, Elos Medtech carefully examined the implant with respect to soft tissue management and pioneered a new anatomical design. The hybrid base (ti-base) has been adapted as the authentic solution for some of the leading implant companies.

Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging is available in two heights. Choose between cement or screw-retained crowns with straight or angled screw channels for temporary or permanent use - all with the same titanium base.

Achieve excellent results for dental prosthetics

Benefit from the smart design that allows you to achieve excellent results. Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging has a slightly tulip-shaped emergence profile that provides good conditions for nicely shaped dental crowns. Soft tissue management is a key success factor in achieving the best aesthetic outcome. Using Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging with a customized inner core, you can make an even better emergence profile by adapting the gingival height and colour to the specific patient.

Fast and easy dental implant cementation procedure

Benefit from the smart design that makes the cementation procedure fast and easy. The abutment chamfer follows the diameter of the implant. This gives you full flexibility when designing the crown and allows you to consider each patient’s emergence profile. The Tripod design guarantees an even layer of cement around the entire titanium base and centers the crown at cementation. The anti-rotation BaseLock™ design ensures zero rotation and guides the crown into the correct position.

Flexible gingival height


Soft tissue management is a key success factor in achieving the best esthetic outcome. To meet the need of a highly esthetic result, we recommend using the Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging with a customized inner core – this way you can make a correct emergence profile and adapt the gingival height and colour to the specific patient circumstances and achieve the absolute best esthetic result.

One concept for all needs

With Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging, you can create screw-retained as well as cement-retained crowns and bridges for temporary or permanent use.


Angulation possibilities up to 28°

The Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging has to be combined with a prosthetic screw. If you create a crown with an angulated screw-channel, it should be combined with the screw that has the hexalobular screw head. This screw has the same screwdriver regardless of implant manufacturer. For straight screw channels, you can choose to use the Elos prosthetic screw with the same screw head as the implant manufacturer.

Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Non-Engaging is available in two shapes: one conical and one cylindrical. Choose between cement or screw-retained bars or bridges with straight or angled screw channels for temporary or permanent use - all with the same titanium base.

Achieve a perfect fit between the dental implant and abutment

Benefit from the smart design that allows you to achieve a passive fit between the construction and implants or abutments. This is essential when working on multiple implants. Hybrid Base Non-Engaging comes in one conical and one cylindrical version. Used together, they offer strong cement locking while working with angled screw channels.

The pre-set cement space in the Elos Accurate Library is an important parameter to ensure a reliable construction. The connection design of the titanium base, together with the chimney design, determines the maximum deviation between the implants in the bridge.

Safe and efficient dental implant cementation procedure

Benefit from the smart GuideGrip™ technology of Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Non-Engaging. The two characteristic antennas at the top clamp the hybrid base into the supra construction so that all hybrid bases can be mounted on the patient and cemented - all at once - in the correct position. This makes cementation safe and efficient and is also beneficial when doing a try-in on the patient as you don’t need to use temporary cement.

Want a tip to reduce time and ensure the patient is satisfied with the dental construction?

To take advantage of the design of the temporary construction, duplicate the design for the permanent construction. This provides extra security as the patient has already approved the temporary construction. If you make adjustments to the temporary construction on the patient, these changes can easily be transferred to the original design to ensure that the permanent construction is a duplicate of the temporary construction.

 

Guide Grip Technology gives benefits
The two antennas called GuideGrip™ at the top of the hybrid base are characteristic of the Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Non-Engaging. These are convenient as they clamp the hybrid base into the supraconstruction so that all hybrid bases can be mounted on the model and cemented all at once in the correct position. This is a safe and time-efficient cementing procedure. If you prefer to do a try-in on the patient, this feature also comes in handy since the supraconstruction will clamp the hybrid bases without the dentist holding on to them or using temporary cement.

Angulation possibilities up to 28°
An Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Engaging has to be combined with a prosthetic screw. If you create a crown with an angled screw-channel, it should be combined with the screw that has the hexalobular screw head. This screw has the same screwdriver regardless of implant manufacturer or platform. For straight screw channels, you can choose to use the Elos prosthetic screw with the same screw head as the implant manufacturer.

Precision fit
The most important thing when working on multiple implants is a passive and perfect fit between the construction and the implants or abutments. With Elos Accurate Hybrid Base Non-Engaging design features, this is ensured, thanks to the conical shape of the hybrid base and the pre-set cement space in the Elos Accurate Library. The connection design of the hybrid base allows for a maximum of 30 degrees deviation between the implants.
